This training provides employees with evidence-based parenting skills that will help them have a more positive home climate, less conflict and happier children, which in turn, will have a direct impact on the work-family balance of the employees.

Option A covers all the themes available so that employees are well equipped to talk and listen to their children.
Participants receive a workbook to do their exercises. Module 1 (1/2 day) :

Option B is a 2-3 hours workshop offering 3 themes and provide an excellent base to improve parent-child relationship
